We are seeking a Bilingual Home Walkthrough Agent to serve as a trusted guide for homebuyers during one of life's most exciting milestones: moving into a new home.
This role is ideal for experienced residential construction professionals, home inspectors, warranty representatives, tradespeople, retired or semi-retired builders, firefighters, or anyone who enjoys working with people while leveraging their construction expertise.
About the Role
As a New Home Walkthrough Agent, you will meet with homebuyers on-site, conduct new home orientations, document warranty and construction-related items, and help create a positive and memorable homeowner experience.
You will serve as an extension of our builder partners, ensuring homeowners receive professional guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout the walkthrough process.
What You'll DoHomebuyer Support & Customer Experience
  • Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs with homebuyers.
  • Explain home features, systems, maintenance expectations, and warranty processes.
  • Answer homeowner questions professionally and confidently.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building trust and rapport.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Accurately document homeowner concerns, completed items, and construction observations.
  • Utilize company-provided technology and software to capture walkthrough details.
  • Complete reports and notes in a timely and professional manner.
Communication & Coordination
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Field Operations & Strategic Accounts.
  • Provide updates regarding appointments, homeowner feedback, and field activity.
  • Collaborate with builders and internal teams to ensure issues are documented appropriately.
Territory & Travel
  • Fully remote position with field-based responsibilities.
  • Candidates must reside in or near Homestead or surrounding South Florida communities.
  • Regular local travel to residential communities throughout the market is required.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between builder communities are essential.
  • Work is assigned based on business needs and homeowner schedules.

Candidates should be available to support walkthroughs on an as-needed basis, typically 2 to 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday).
QualificationsRequired
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Basic proficiency with iPad technology and mobile applications.
Preferred
  • Residential construction, homebuilding, inspection, warranty, or related industry experience.
  • Experience conducting walkthroughs or explaining construction-related items to customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile documentation tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
