ProHome is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and subcontractors throughout the warranty process. This is a customer-focused, detail-driven role with clear performance expectations and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned homeowners, builders, and subcontractors.
- Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution.
- Respond to inquiries within established timelines.
- Schedule approved claims and coordinate subcontractors.
- Document and track all activity accurately in company systems.
- Maintain performance metrics related to response time, follow-up, and quality.
- Communicate professionally, confidently, and empathetically.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Residential warranty experience ( warranty representative/coordinator, construction customer service rep.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
