This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding new homeowners through one of life’s most exciting milestones—moving into a new home.
About the Role
As a Residential Walkthrough Agent, you will serve as a key representative of our organization, conducting new home orientations and walkthroughs for homeowners and builders. You’ll ensure buyers feel informed, confident, and supported while representing the company with professionalism and care. We are looking to hire immediately for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders
- Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are addressed and documented
- Clearly explain home features, systems, and basic maintenance requirements
- Meet with clients on-site, answer questions, and document observations using digital tools
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, builders, and homeowners
- Represent the company with reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
Travel & Work Setting
This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. Candidates must be comfortable traveling daily between properties and the ability to manage a consistent weekday schedule are essential.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in residential construction or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and move between properties throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
